Buffalo Wild Wings - Eau Claire

This is the only restaurant where I can genuinely say I've never had a bad experience. Regardless of how busy they are, the staff consistently deliver exceptional service and take great care of their guests. Every employee I’ve encountered here has been nothing short of fantastic! The wings are always incredibly delicious! They truly have the best BWW team around!

Me and my brother went here for dinner, it was not busy at all. when we got seated we were greeted by our server. She was nice, but once we ordered our food she sat down at a table with her coworkers and never checked on us. We got our appetizer and my food came out a little later. But we waited 15 minutes for my brothers food. I guess our server ordered food too and got hers before us and started eating it in front of us. My food was cold By the time my brother got his. We got Spicy wings so our drinks ran out quick. We waited 10 more minutes for more drinks. Then when we finished I needed to use the bathroom and I got in there and there was NO TOILET SEAT. Like. What. The. HeII. We waited about 10 more minutes to get the check. Very disappointed

Honestl the food wasn't all it's cracked up to be. They also had a good wait to get in but wouldn't even answer when I called them to check so that was cool I mean how hard is it for a host to answer the phone I mean come on

Did and online order for pickup at 615pm, confirmation said order would be ready at 640pm. Not only was it not ready, but the customer service was terrible, unorganized. The food was net ready until 705pm and when asked if they offered discount when people were waiting, they had a poor response. Would not recommend especially due to the poor customer service. A Simple calm, explanation would have been received with grace.

First time at this location. If I could give a zero I would. Get to the hostess she advises there will be 15 20 min wait to order but I can sit at bar ok no problem. 30 mins pass a gentleman sits down next to me 10 mins later than me and orders before me. Then the server Nicole belittled me and talks under her breath telling other customers if I wanted fast food I should go to a fast food joint. I ask for the Manager , Nicole still rolling her eyes goes and gets Taylor he then proceeds to make excuses for the server Nicole and asks me to leave. Totally floored from out of town maybe it was because I didn't look like everyone else IDK. But Taylor and Nicole are horrible and should never work in customer service. My original server Ashley was very nice and professional Taylor and Nicole are the worst spend your money somewhere else!!!!
