Fortune Cookie - Eau Claire

I should have just gone with China Wok. I only chose this place because they offered delivery. First, the fortune cookie arrived, but then they failed to deliver my entire order and kept questioning whether we actually checked the bag, implying that we were lying. They refused to send the ragoons with the delivery driver, so I ended up having to go there in person after all. This really defeated the purpose of ordering delivery. The staff were polite in person, and the aromatic chicken was good, though there were a lot of onions with the beef.

I found actual bits of dirt in my sweet and sour chicken. I'm usually not picky, but biting into chicken and feeling like my tooth is going to chip is such an unpleasant experience. Did you drop the food and then just put it back in the pan? I'm really disgusted by this.

I have nothing negative to say about the food itself since I couldn't actually pick up my order. They only accept cash, and when I called to ask about it, I was hung up on right after placing my order. When I arrived without cash, the staff member said I wasn't paying attention. There are many better Chinese restaurants in town, so I recommend avoiding this one and their outdated business practices.

Best place to get Chinese food by far! Very quick, good price, and great food (love the aromatic chicken, lo mein and curry chicken We love the food and the owners are so nice, especially when you get to know them. If you?re looking for a place to get great Chinese food don?t pass this place. They only take cash or local check only, so be prepared but I wouldn?t trade this place for anything else :
