Charleys Cheesesteaks - ebleau

I had the Old School Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and it was perfect. Crusty bread, hot, delicious meat with onions (extra) and of course liquid cheese. Plus fries and soft drink. Preparation took 5 minutes. Pure take away counter. You can eat and sit in the food court in front of it. Parking: Endless parking spaces spread around the entire mall. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything easily accessible

Place closed while I was in line. They turned off the lights and walked away from the cash register. Abysmal customer service.

Sandwich was ice cold, meat was terrible and I got charged a $1 open food charge for what I think was the cup of water I asked for.

They served me at 8:58 and told me that they closed at 9. The cashier was very kind, they gave me the food without mushrooms, without paprika and even without cheese. I had to go ask for the mushrooms and they gave them to me reluctantly and they rolled my eyes.

A return of a milkshake was requested because it was not well prepared and did not taste good and the manager came alone to make the return without asking the customer why. That's not being a good manager. Terrible treatment.
