The experience I'm going to tell you about here is not about the food, because it was good, but rather the horror show that I saw from the staff, the blonde and her friend. The driver was trying to explain to her about the thermal bag they use and the blonde wouldn't let him talk, the boy was so calm. What made me apprehensive was her shouting at an old lady. They need to review these behaviors! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Was staying at Ascott Hotel for business, 10 mins along the road and seems some good restaurants along here. To be fair, all restaurants looks good and well reviewed but fancied a burger and couldn't resist trying this Triple Threat burger! Didn't realise at the time but to add a drink was only few quid extra so saved about £4 getting the Rekorderlig cider! Surprised with the amount of chips that came with it but not complaining and just about finished the full plate. Staff was very good and as I came on a Tuesday evening, it was Karaoke night so music was quite loud and noone took the mic apart from the DJ who sang one song during my 75mins or so that I was there. Didn't order food due to seeing a lot of tables with plates etc still on after customers had gone. Table we sat at needed clearing aswell. We just had a coffee which itself was hard work due to the machine not working properly, no milk available. Price per person: £1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
