Little Caesars Pizza - Eden

Mother's Day gift for a friend, we got the meal deal with the pepperoni pizza breadsticks 2 l soda and then we also got two regular pepperoni pizzas and two cheese sticks and that was it. A whole lot of food for a pretty decent price that will feed a family with no problem! Little Caesars Pizza, YOU ROCK!!!

On Saturday Evening, on the way home from Va. I called and placed an order for 2 Extra Most Bestest pizza's. I told them we were 20-25 minutes out. Not a problem, person taking the order was competent, and polite. When we got to the location there were probably 6 cars outside. 4 waiting in the lot, 2 at the window. Truck at window , then a car, then us. Man in the Truck raising holy hell. After 10 minutes of ranting, he parked around the building, and went inside. We could see that the 2 people there were stressed out. One of the Ladies working there came out and yelled at everyone in the lot that there would be no pizzas at this business for at least 30 minutes, if we did not like it we were free to leave. The car in front of us left. We pulled up to the window to be completely ignored for 20 minutes. Now we have been there over 30 min. I tried to call not once but 3 times. I could hear the phone ring, no one would answer it. I just wanted to know if our order was included in the statement being yelled at everyone out the back door. Two more cars left. Then we did too. We tried to sit it out but that was too much.

Should 've known something from the car parked in front of the building. The speaker wasn 't working, causing extra wait time but mind was set on slices and sticks . Sat and watched an employee in the front corner on her phone for about 4 minutes while waiting for someone to come take my order. She finally walked past the waiting customer (me) without any acknowledgement, out of sight. This brings another question. How do we know the employees wash their hands? No telling what we are missing! The young gentleman at the was pleasant and had a sense of urgency. Wasn 't impressed with my order. Had to ask for the jalapenos. I will visit this location again, only because the one in 135 is closed.

Got a meat lovers and a pepperoni was very pleased with the food. Tried to use the drive thru waited for what seemed to be an eternity before I decided to go in, see they knew I was in the drive thru. They didn't, but they did know the drive thru was broken. There was supposed to be a note but due to weather must have blown away. They apologized and made me some excellent pizzas! (Surprisedly)

If I could give this play 0 stars I would. They're supposed to have hot and ready pizzas nothing's ready. I've been standing here for 10 minutes and nobody has even attempted to come over and take my order and there's one person in front of me. The staff is rude and acts like your doing them a favor of being there. Don't waste your time here.
