Baja Sol Cantina - Eden Prairie

This restaurant is a great addition to the grocery section of the shopping center. This was my second visit. I would rate the taste as 3.5 stars, the service as 4 stars, and the overall experience as 5 stars. The food is average for Mexican cuisine, particularly for someone who has enjoyed a lot of Mexican food in California and Texas. However, it is definitely better than many other options in the area. It's conveniently located right at the entrance of the shopping center, next to Potbelly.

I always enjoy dining at El Burrito whenever I visit the EP Mall. Every item on the menu is fantastic! The friendly staff member who takes my orders remembers that I like to get chips and a large soft drink with my meal. It's truly the best spot for anyone who loves Mexican food, whether you prefer it spicy or not!

We absolutely adore their horchatas! I can't give my own opinion, but my husband is a big fan too. That speaks volumes!

I would never had thought that I would find good food in a mall food court let alone great authentic Mexican food. This place is awesome. Their tostadas, tortas al pastor and pozole are great. The torta al pastor is particularly good. They serve it with lettuce, tomato, avocado, pickled jalapeños and queso fresco if you ask for it with everything.
