John Johnson has terrible business ethics and anyone that works for him or with him will experience this at some point in time. This man has no moral values and is extremely self centered. He cares nothing about his crew or his clients, he simply cares about his pockets and growing his company that 's barley afloat due to his unethical and unprofessional actions. He has absolutely zero background in AV and he subs out all his work to other companies. He sent me to do a survey over 200 miles away because he had no one else to send and everything went fine until the PM of the job questioned him to why I wasn 't local, and to cover his butt he immediately blamed me by telling him that I misrepresented myself by not making it known that I didn 't reside near the site. He even went to the extremes of slandering my name by trying to call me a racist (as seen in the attached email). He absolutely knew I wasn 't local to the Job site in which I have proof via text. He has my ID on file, he 's sent me an Amex card to my address and has flown out of state for jobs on multiple occasions. He truly needs to humble himself and learn how to treat people. After all is said and done he stated that he isn 't going to pay me for mileage, even after knowing my family and I are currently in a tough spot and barley making it due to these unprecedented times. Please beware of this man for he 's bound to cross you and/or toss you when the time is right for him. Unfortunately we 're out here asking for help to purchase diapers and wipes now because he 's held my check back a whole week so far at this point I don 't even know if he 's going to pay us.

John Johnson, the owner, where do I start? This guy was nice to my wife, but the moment I spoke to him about anything, total opposite. Bipolar, Narcissistic, or split personalities? This could be a possibility. You would think a guy in the business of Sound and Vision would understand video right? Wrong. Do not accept anything from this guy because he will lock his computer with a passcode, take it back, and then try to blame you for locking, or anyone else except himself. This guy and his company has a lot to learn!
