The Deck Seafood Tiki - Edgewood

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The environment was great and it wasn't too crowded. I had dinner there and the price per person was between $30 and $50. The food was delicious, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The service was good but could have been a bit better, so I would rate it a 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was fantastic, I would give it a 5 out of 5. I would highly recommend trying the Crab Dip with Bread, it was a standout dish.

I am giving this restaurant one star out of generosity. The staff has a bad attitude and the drinks are overpriced and weak. I don't think this place will stay open for long. The food, service, and atmosphere all get a rating of one.

Our party of five waited for over 2 hours for our food, which came out at different times due to the inconsistent pacing of the kitchen. The drinks were also consistently incorrect. We will not be recommending this restaurant to others. The only positive note was that the onion rings were excellent. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1. This place is HORRIBLE! We were a table of five which is a normal sized party. We first had incorrect and awful tasting drinks from the bar. The food took FOREVER to come out, which were all small portions for the prices. The worst food was when they served us overcooked shrimp that were not deveined at all, so they served us SHRIMP POOP! Then when we asked for any type of the compensation for our awful experiences throughout the 2.5 hours we were there because they took so long, our waitress said “There is no manager here tonight in order to compensate anything..” (But apparently the manager is online writing responses to all the awful reviews trying to defend this place when they need to manage this place better! The awful part of it all was that in order to “comp” us, they took our waitresses gratuity off, which we were not okay with so we still gave her a tip. I honestly blame the lack of management, poor standards and quality this place holds, and the lack of care that is evident throughout the whole place, which again stems back to the lack of management.
