Buffalo Wild Wings - Edina

On Thursday at 7 PM, the restaurant was quite busy. Our waitress, Bretagne, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. My friend and I ordered drinks from the bar, and Bretagne promptly brought us water while letting us know that the bartender was busy and our drinks would take a few extra minutes. We really appreciated her keeping us in the loop. She took our order flawlessly and was quick with witty comebacks to my jokes. It was evident that she was tired from the hectic evening, yet she still did an amazing job. She also had a trainer shadowing her, who was polite and funny—though I can't recall his name. We will definitely be back!

I visited the restaurant on a Monday night to watch a football game. The host seemed uninterested in seating us, and our server informed us that there was only one cook on duty, which wasn’t a huge deal at first. However, we were limited to ordering only fried food. I wondered if they could even manage to prepare fried chicken or nachos. The server also mentioned that she had several tables to attend to, which apparently is a regular occurrence during football season. Keep in mind, it was only 8:30 PM. To make matters worse, we tried to order a drink that was advertised on the table, but they couldn’t serve it because they were unable to make what was listed.

Ordered online to save time. The app said I could pick it up inside. I get there at the exact time, my order isn’t on the pick up shelf. I had to wait 15 mins for someone to come to the counter so they could give me my order. Once I get back to work to eat and finish my break, my food looks horrible and there is barely any food. Where are the rest of my wedges? Why does my chicken tenders look like that? I spent $17 with tip and I get Air. I ordered an additional sauce and didn’t get that. Just overall horrible experience, lost a customer today.
