Írjon visszajelzéstThis is a very overdue review, but it is for their wedding catering service. L B catered dinner and cake for about 100 of our friends and family, and we heard so much good feedback on the food! The best part of the day though was the server we hired to work the event. She went above and beyond to make sure the meal was a success. She even stayed late to help clean up! Five stars just for her! My only criticism is that they kind of advertise at your event. For example, they put out their napkins which said Lunds Byerlys rather than using our napkins embossed for the occasion.
Ever needed a special dessert for your birthday, anniversary, holiday like Halloween or Christmas or Groundhog Day? Look no further than any of the many Lunds and Byerlys grocery stores in the Twin Cities! YUM. Have a last minute I forgot to order . . ? Get thee to Lunds Byerlys! Last minute requests are a piece of cake for them. Even personalized on a run out the door! Smell the smells and tastebuds will quiver . .
Bright location, you're greeted with flowers and the greens of produce at the front, inspires me to make good choices LOL. I know I'm not going to feel crowded here due to the space given in the establishment. Each section has more than enough space for multiple people to utilize at the same time. I'm unsure if this is statewide but this location has a partnership with Bachman's (flower shop) and the display is unbelievable. The pet section is the biggest I've ever seen from this brand, everything is organized well. Staff are ready to help when you need. It's a good spot to put on your grocery list.
For the high prices you pay at Lunds, you have a right to expect outstanding service. From the deli, to the butcher shop, to the bakery and checkout I have not found that to be the case. It is rare to get a smile from an employee or a question, such as, How are you today? Can I help you find something?, or Did you find everything you were looking for? Today, after waiting for a solid 10 minutes at the deli counter, I was passed over by the clerk for someone who had just arrived. Calling the clerk 's attention to the situation got me nowhere and when I complained to a member of the management team, I got a meaningless apology because it lacked the words, how can we make this right for you? I will make it right for me by not returning to shop there.
The store is reliably neat and clean, the service is excellent, I have not had any issues with items I want to buy being out of stock, except for organic green peas, but for some reason that item seems to sell out fast in may stores, not just Byerly's.
