Roti Modern Mediterranean - Edina

I'm a person who doesn't eat much Mediterranean food. I had a friend to tell me what to eat instead of giving me an explanation of the place very similar to Chipotle for the order pattern. I had a pita with chicken roti. It is their version of spicy MN sharp, hotter than mayonnaise milder than Grey Poupon. The young man who worked behind the counter was polite and very helpful what to get for my order. The restaurant was clean and looked like a fun place we sat and ate and talked about an hour. I enjoyed it and we're going back!

I had the chicken kabob and rice bowl and it was delicious. I was really blown away by all the fantastic flavors. Highly recommend this place for dinner. Will be back to try the flatbread pizzas!!

Good Mediterranean food. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Though they took long time to serve because of some unavailable/uncooked items.

Every time we’ve eaten here, it’s been such a delightful experience. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, the bathroom as well.. which I feel says a lot about an establishment. We visited today, Christmas Eve and the employees, especially Brownie, were so welcoming and pleasant to us. It seems as though they truly love their job. The food never fails to disappoint, and they are very generous with their toppings which is nice. Overall, I would recommend this place again and again.

The restaurant features a Chipotle-style layout and ordering system, making the process straightforward and quick. I enjoyed the chicken cabbage salad bowl, topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions, along with red and green chili sauce. It was very delicious, and the staff were friendly.
