The service at this restaurant was very disappointing, with no apology for the late and cold food. The portion size did not match the high cost. I recommend not ordering from here, as it is not worth the effort.

I read reviews here complaining of orders not arriving or being cold, but decided to take a chance anyway assuming it was just a one-off issue. Unfortunately, 2.5 hours after placing my order, my food still hadn't arrived. I received a notification that it was on its way, but it never showed up. They didn't even bother to let me know so I could order from somewhere else before closing time, despite having my phone number. I tried calling them multiple times, but they wouldn't pick up. Even the third-party food delivery app I used couldn't get through to them. If you plan to dine in at the restaurant, this review may not apply to you. However, I wouldn't recommend ordering online from them at all. There's a high chance your order won't be delivered or will be cold by the time it finally arrives. It's impossible to reach them by phone and their customer service is severely lacking. In all my years of ordering from restaurants, this is the first time I've experienced such poor service.

I recently ordered food from this restaurant and it was terrible. The food was cold and dry, and the flavor was unpleasant. It does not represent Mexico well. I strongly advise against ordering from this establishment.

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, always bustling with music and Italian decor that creates an authentic Asian/Italian vibe. While the exterior may not be much to look at, stepping inside will transport you into a world of delicious food from both Asia and Italy. Descending the winding staircase to the rustic downstairs area, you can indulge in some tasty cheesy chips and momentarily escape the busy streets of Edinburgh. The downstairs ambiance, with its fridges, pizza boxes, and old high chair in the corner, adds to the cozy, family-friendly feel of the place. Despite enjoying my visit, I was surprised to find no toilet paper after using the restroom... had to say goodbye to my socks... lol Overall, I would give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend it to both friends and foes alike.
