The restaurant is located in a charming venue tucked away inside a barber shop, but once you step inside, the atmosphere is quite ordinary. The drink selection varies from typical to innovative, but I didn't particularly enjoy it. I was surprised to see it ranked on the top 50 list, to be honest.

I recently visited Panda Sons, which is ranked 39th in the world's top 50 best bars and is the only gem from Edinburgh on the list. This is no ordinary bar - it has a vintage barbershop exterior that conceals a speakeasy operated by a family of pandas. The Transcend menu is incredibly innovative, featuring cocktail techniques that are unheard of. My favorite drink was the Coconut Daiquiri, where they replaced the water in rum with roasted coconut water. My mind was truly blown by this unique and delicious twist on a classic cocktail.

I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The service was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and informative. The price per person was around £30–40. I would give the service and atmosphere a rating of 5 out of 5.

There is a hidden bar in the basement that serves amazing cocktails. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.
