Cannonball Restaurant Bar - Edinburgh

Booked the tasting menu together with the paired drinks for my friend's birthday. The staff was great and the food was delicious. That was a great way to finish our last night in Edinburgh!

A very nice, elegant place . The food is tasty and presented in a classy way slightly in the expensive side. The staff is very professional yet friendly, Niki was the person who took care of us and she was ever so kind and approchable. A great experience with a view on the castle.

Great late lunch on New Year’s Eve. Due to the busyness…staff was not as attentive, but that was understandable. We were just glad to get a table. Food was delicious. We had fish and chips and bangers and mash that were done very well. Atmosphere was fun and great location on the Royal Mile in the middle of it all.

We found this bar while we were looking for a place to get a quick drink before dinner in the week that leads to Christmas. It is easy from the bustling Royal Mile, so we were happy enough to take a seat. Overall, the selection of drinks was good and the staff was polite and attentive. We didn't manage to have dinner here as it was overbooked, but there were groups of people coming and going. It looks like a really nice restaurant, so we will try defo at the next visit to Edinburgh.
