Douglass Pizza - Edison

I was back a few weeks. Cheese Steak Pizza order. It was very delicious and my children loved it. I'd say the best seminal pizza in Pisc/Edison area. Planning to go one more this week!!

So I have long been a great fan of platings, for those who are unfamiliar, it is basically a base of rice with a side salad, some pieces of Pitas bread and a protein such as gyro lamb / beef and chicken. Many places create their own unique styles and Douglas's pizza nailed it. The amount is freshly costed on point and ingredients. Not sharp a bit, 100% worth a try.

Having lived in the Edison area my entire life, I've noticed a lack of Halal pizza options. So, I’m thrilled to have found Douglass Pizza in Edison! On my first visit, it was wonderful to see a familiar face managing the restaurant. I’ve known him from the Somerset location, and he always ensures that I receive the best food and leave feeling satisfied. Douglass Pizza offers a fantastic variety of items, including cheesesteaks, numerous pizza options, and incredibly tasty buffalo wings. I had visited the previous pizza place in this location, and Douglass is a significant improvement. We are truly fortunate to have Douglass Pizza so nearby, allowing us to enjoy delicious Halal food without needing to drive all the way to the Brunswick area.

I'm really confused about this situation. Will the reviews from the previous pizza place, which was my favorite, be carried over? I've stopped by at least eight times since I live so close, and I'm hoping things will get better. Unfortunately, I never saw a menu or any meal options. Each time, my goal was to get pizza or pizza slices. Out of the five times I walked in, I ended up leaving without placing an order because, while I was specifically looking for pizza slices, there were only two cheese pizzas and one pepperoni available. On three occasions, there were NO whole pizzas available, even on a Sunday at 12:30 PM. I truly want to love this place because I enjoyed the previous one so much, but it just doesn't meet my expectations.

I had a chicken sandwich today, and it was delicious! It was just the right thickness—not too thick or too thin—and perfectly cooked.
