The staff is consistently friendly, and I’ve visited multiple times, always enjoying my experience. You absolutely have to try the Berry Tiramisu—it's simply perfection! Food: 5/5
This new restaurant in Edmond is charming, with a lovely space and quite flavorful food. However, it lacks a certain ambiance and energy, starting with the man at the register. He seemed more unfriendly than shy, standing with his arms crossed and without a smile, barely responding when we inquired about different menu items. His expression was one that conveyed a dislike for interacting with people. In a customer-facing role representing a brand, especially in a new place, having a warm personality and a friendly demeanor is essential. Diners are coming out to support your business, so it's important to have the right staff to create a positive first impression, which is invaluable. As food lovers who travel the world seeking delicious meals served with a personal touch, we tend to return to places we enjoy and share them with friends and followers. While we happened to be in OKC working on a project and trying out local eateries, the food here wasn't enticing enough for us to overlook the lackluster atmosphere. Overall, it fell short.
Went in for food and a good drink while I get some work done. Was told they will be closing in 30 minutes because the store is so slow (they're supposed to be open for another 2.5 hrs). There was only one other customer. We left as 30 minutes wasn't enough time to get work done. As we drove away a group of 6 people entered the store. I wonder if they left too. Turning away business is bad business.
I like the atmosphere here, great for a quick meet up or getting some work done. Quiet, well lit and clean. The menu is on the expensive side, on par with other coffee shops if not slightly more expensive. A perk for some if dining there you can have your drink or food served traditionally on real table ware versus plastic/paper.
