This is by far the slowest, most inefficient Starbucks I have ever been to. 9/10 times my order is wrong. The service is awful, even including the manager. If they have more than two cars in the drive thru, it becomes a 20+ minute wait for your order.. and the service goes from bad to downright unwelcoming. I expect better from Starbucks.
For some reason all of the stores here in Oklahoma that I have visited have either been missing Chai or lemonade, I cant tell you the last time I have actually gotten the drink I have ordered. I get the weather has been cold and we had snow last week but it was a dusting thus I do not see how a disting effects stores recieving shipments. This store in particular was missing lemonade therefore they could not make my drink, then the drive thru was more than 6 cars long so I wasnt going to sit there for nothing. It is a distribution issue not a store issue. Starbucks here in OK giving these stores product needs to figure it out or overstock the stores with product because im getting sick of paying $8 for a drink thats not what I wanted but had to compromise for to not waste time.
It always smell great inside these places. I have yet to enjoy a store personally I am usually dashing when I visit Starbucks!Parking: Right next to a bank ??
I went in drive thru on Sunday morning and ordered hot mocha and black coffee, when I went to the window they gave me white mocha and I told that I didn’t order white mocha, and the black girl at register was very rude about it and I heard telling other employees that “they’re trying to get a free drink”. Everyone makes mistakes but don’t accuse people without knowing.
