Thank you Anjelika R for the excellent customer service! I went in this evening before closing originally to get the bucket of pretzels. Unfortunately they were all out and I decided to buy four pretzels. She let me know that when you buy four, you get two pretzels for free. I didn’t know that, so thanks for pointing that out.

When I received my lemonade, I accidentally spilled it all over the counter and the floor. I felt terrible, but they were so kind and quickly showed me where the napkins were and even refilled my drink for me. Mikey and Erin were incredibly friendly throughout the whole interaction, and they even commented on my outfit! They were the hype team I didn’t know I needed. Their natural warmth and friendliness made the wait for my fresh cinnamon sugar pretzel feel short and enjoyable. I left feeling like a happy bean, holding a piping hot pretzel and delicious lemonade (and I also loved the crunchy, airy ice!)

I've visited this place several times, and I've always been assisted by the same gentleman. He's incredibly kind and has a knack for engaging in light-hearted conversations with everyone. Finding good employees has been a challenge lately, but I'm thrilled to be back! I absolutely love the pretzels here!

The quality of the pretzels and mini pretzel dogs is fantastic. Our kids really enjoy them. I just wish they offered gluten-free options.
