IHOP Restaurant - Edmonton

I've been trying to call for the past hour to place a pickup order, but the phone lines have been consistently busy. This seems to be a recurring issue, and it's frustrating that the lines are always so busy, almost as if someone is intentionally keeping them occupied to prevent customers from calling. I can't even use Uber Eats for pickup to avoid the extra fees. This isn't the first time I've encountered this problem.

Had a horrible experience. Waited a long time for our food. People who came after us received their food before us. When we got our food, it was the wrong order. When we got our order the 2nd time it was ice cold, even after the Manager overseeing our order.Manager told us it was taking a bit as the poached egg water was cold, yet other people received poached eggs just before and after he said this. We left before we got to eat the food, We do not eat cold food. The food was so cold the hollandaise sauce was congealed. My husband ordered the new biscuits and gravy and the gravy was so small it was not enough to cover one biscuit nevermind 2. It was in a plastic condiment cup. It was also cold. When we spoke the Manager he did not seem to care. Never offered an apology or anything. We got free coffee. We were there 50 minutes and no food. Never going back a waste of 50 minutes of my time.

As a first-time experience, this was definitely a top shelf meal! The server was exceptional, the food was delicious ? and the atmosphere was entirely comfortable. I'll return. Cheers.

Service was horrible, waited 5 minutes for a drink order, no spoons to stir coffee, ended up not having many of the menu items available, table full of evacuees ended up going else where, paid $25 for 4 drinks, absolutely outstandingly terrible. Don’t go to this location if you expect service from the service industry.Vegetarian options: For vegetarian options on the menu many were not even available.
