Let me start by saying he restaurant was not busy, so any short comings can not be attributed to the kitchen being busy.

I was just here for my second time after a few years and I remember I wasn't crazy about the service the first time.

Everyone loved their food! I thought my risotto was okay. Usually I really like whatever I order. Il Forno has been a favourite for years.

This is an old stand by in Edmonton. Most of the meals I have had have been great. However lunch the last time needed a pick me up. Service was excellent but the Penne Arrabiata with sausage was not up to snuff. The pasta was overcooked and the sausage was minimal. My feeling is that we may have been a little late for the lunch crowd. Always very hospitable. I think we hit a bad day.
