It’s beyond disappointing you have advised your front staff to request personal medical documentation of mask exemption for service to your establishment. To be clear, it’s fact the bylaw does not outline any requirement to show medical documentation as “proof” of mask exemption for service or entry into a business. Unfortunately you are in violation of the bylaw, the charter of rights and freedoms and Alberta human rights legislation forcing mask wearing with an exemption. I would encourage you to familiarize yourself with the charter, human rights legislation and the bylaw details. At no such time does your business or your staff have any right to ask or have access to my medical records or documentation. Unfortunately, I won’t be supporting the keg in the future. You might want to rethink your approach and stance on this issue

Clean. quiet. waitress was friendly and took great care of our table

We frequent your keg on a very regular basis. We usually come in Saturdays and sit in the lounge. I always book thru OpenTable and always give you a five star review. We sat in the lounge as we always do and service was excellent. I wanted to order the halibut but it was sold out so the server told me the salmon was delicious. I ate about half of the salmon and boxed the rest to go I thought the taste was just ok but didn’t say anything. On our way home I got violently ill in the car. Very unexpectedly and had not been sick prior. Needless to say it was not a pleasant end to the evening. I can’t say for sure if it was from the salmon as I didn’t go to the dr to get tested but I can tell you that has never happened before. My boyfriend called the restaurant last night and talked to a manger and told him the situation. The mgr said the general manager would be in Sunday and would call us . We did not receive a call. I’m not sure if it was overlooked or the GM didn’t feel it important enough to call. Either way I will leave this number again to call if someone deems it necessary and ask for Ryan
