Please provide training to your Arab male employees!? No RESPECT for the woman! I do not believe it! Especially ONE in particular makes you simple and intimidates at the drive-thru, it’s a big NO, wake up! Your service is low, sorry.

The sign is on, the lights are all turned up in the restaurant…we waited at the drive-tru about 7 minutes, to finally pulled at the window, knocked on it. The India lady ?came and told us that they are closed. I told her to turn off their street sign because it is confusing. She was rude saying that they never turn off lights and we were stupid. It shows just how this kind of people don’t care about giving a good clientele service. Never, never I will go through this Tim’s Horton.

The lady we had at the cash was really rude. But the rest of the staff was charming.

The Tim Horton on Victoria Street in Edmundston next to the Jean-Coutu. We placed an order at the drive-thru and we have to repeat several times they understand what they want to understand and the little young Indian who served us two Ice Cap with whip left us a nice surprise in one of our Ice Cap.
