Went in and had an great experience. The food is always great here. I only give the service 4 stars because our service was a little disjointed, the server seemed to be new so I would cut them lots of slack. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I come here every saturday morning for a john daily always give out extra tips, I can now say thats all over, Food is good and all but service is horrible if you want an alcoholic beverage you gotta bring in a physical ID and look like an adult, I went in there on the morning of September 9th 2023 and was rejected service because I had the digital ID from the DMV app, and the owner complimented me by saying he looks like a twelve year old he didnt even let me explain that thats the only form of ID that i have but i was rudly inturrupted, If you want better service I recommend craftsman brew down a few blocks, or benders across the street from this place.

Café 163 is definitely the best secret in this valley! The food is delicious. You have to try their pancakes! But the most important thing is that their staff is amazing! We love Annie. She definitely makes this place even better! I can't wait for you to come back. Big Bear Crew loves you!

Food was excellent, and the service was even better. A crazy guy came and acted like a complete idiot, the young lady helped him (I think her name was Annie) was professional and polite all the time and treated a bad situation, very good. And I managed to make my experience pleasant. Great job
