Domino's Pizza - Edwardsville

I placed an order at 11:15 and it updated to in the oven but then it was cancelled at 12 with no explanation or phone call or anything. Horrible customer service.

Talk about AWFUL customer service, not once did I get help in the store until I asked for it, not only did I get ignored but the food was awful, badly cooked and uncut, my wings had barley any sauce and they made a HUGE deal when I asked for a 2-liter soda I PAID FOR.

Came in to place an order, the guy was extremely rude… giving me attitude about how long it will take. I had a small order and he made it seem like it was an issue that I wanted to place an order. While making the order he did not wear gloves at all. Seems like a miserable person to work with.

Both times I've ordered the food has tasted terrible. This time I ordered hot wings and this is what I received...chicken with drips of hot sauce on it...Plus it had chewy fatty meat. The workers were very nice though.

First off, our food wasn 't delivered, after I stood out there in the cold for 10 MINUTES because it said they were in our neighborhood. So, I called and the said I needed to go there and pick it up, and all they were going to do was waive the delivery fee. Unacceptable. When I arrived after a 15 minute drive, some man in a grey polo with a beard started screaming at me to park in a parking spot, while my friend was inside getting the FRIGID pizza. So, I parked and I said you don 't have to be so rude about it. And then he went inside and told us we 're lucky that he 's waiving the delivery fee, and said that we cussed him out, when we did not. There 's a reason this store does not get business, I 'll continue giving Maryville business, AND to top this whole situation off, my friend said that he heard them call a person on the phone the B word. Fix this. And when I tried calling, they picked it up and hung right away.Parking: The man SCREAMED at me and my friend to move our car, when we were waiting on our friend to get the hot pizza.
