Buffalo Wild Wings Effingham

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my wife and her family on Sa 12-22-2018. Although quite busy when we arrived and the first hour after, the staff did a wonderful job of seating our party of eight, taking and handling our orders, keeping the beer flowing and handling all else we needed. The only down side was that our Fighting Illini, despite our cheering, lost to Mizzou in the Braggin' Rights men's basketball game we watched there.

Had a 7:15 watch reservation, at arrival host said she had nothing on my reservation. After sitting we waited 15 minutes on a server to take our drink order and then waited for an hour to eat.

The service was fantastic and new burgers are great

Food is great if they can wait an hour until the underoccupied position can clear one of many dirty tables and get to their order. the waitress did not know the menu and seemed to be overstretched coverish and go, not sure who the host or manager were, all seemed to run around with many purposes, but not efficient. good eating.
