Steak 'n Shake - Effingham

I'm incredibly grateful for your wonderful service! My service dog and I have visited numerous times, and we always receive excellent treatment. You treat my service dog with such kindness, like a valued guest! We often order her a simple burger and a paper cup of water, and it makes our visits even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate how welcoming you've been, especially since we've experienced rudeness at other places regarding my service dog. Thank you so much for being so understanding! I had a meal in Effingham today. Dave wanted a classic cheeseburger, while I opted for a vegetarian dish. It wasn't the healthiest choice, but at least I avoided eating meat, which was my goal. Overall, the food was quite good, and our server, Kenda, was fantastic.

I visited the restaurant tonight at 6:15 and ordered two double cheeseburgers, fries, and two regular shakes. I had some vouchers, so I was thrilled that our entire meal cost less than $8.00! The food was hot and delicious. Despite the place being quite busy, we received our service quickly.

Amber is the best server! Great customer service! Food was hot and taste great!

My family loves Steak N Shake. My husband and I was at the one in Effingham, WI yesterday and it was awesome. Our server Taylor was awesome too. Just all around great experience.
