Kfc - Egg Harbor Township

Each time I visit the Pleasantville location, I feel shortchanged. It appears that the staff has difficulty accurately counting the chicken pieces. When I order a 3-piece meal, I often receive only 2 pieces, and when I order a 12-piece meal, I usually end up with just 10. This is a place where you won’t receive the value for your money.

I had a disappointing experience at this KFC. They messed up my order twice, and the only pleasant person was the manager, who was trying to resolve the issues. Unfortunately, the food was stale and old as well. I definitely won't be returning to this location, and I feel sorry for anyone who has to eat there.

The chicken could have been improved. I ordered a two-piece meal with a breast and a wing, substituting coleslaw for mashed potatoes, and asked for it to be extra crispy. Unfortunately, the breast was dry, and the biscuit tasted either overcooked or stale. I've been a customer of this KFC for years, and I was very disappointed this time.

Order the 8 piece meal extra crispy, non available only original...ok. added a side of mash and fries. Get to window no fries. Substituted with corn. Girl comes back jo corn. Ok two orders of mash. Get home and go to open my box of biscuits and much to mysurprise no biscuits, a box filled with cookies. The mash potatoes tasted weird, the gravt was super watery. Health departmentneeds to get in there and thoroughly inspect that place. Worst service and food. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The only reason they don?t get 1 star is because the workers were nice. That?s the only redeeming factor. Food didn?t seem like it was fresh. Mash potatoes were not good at all. Maybe it was because it was towards the end of the night? I don?t know.
