Small time out was booked to the big nightmare! the small time out for two night booking confirmation was issued with two times the same price and the note extension night no. I was also able to secure by telephone through all the services of the package. bad surprise at dinner on the second day! Suddenly, our little one had become an extended night, in which the dinner and all other additional services were no longer included. we were only smiled by the chef and the content of the booking confirmation was classified as irrelevant. since no compromising readiness was shown, our stay ended with our nightly departure. who is looking for relaxation and customer orientation is missing from the place.

Beautiful, on the slope with views of the caliber located hotel. for us stood wellness and recreation in the foreground. that corresponded to 2 pools and 5 saunas our wish. the hotel makes a good impression, where you can argue about hotel beds. Dining and drinks in the hotel, even the service on the room, are very good. the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. all in all a recommended hotel, for us again 2023.
