Connection Café - El Centro

What can I say? I absolutely love this place. It's connected to a church, which I really appreciate; it helps me slow down and recharge on my busiest days. They also serve the best cup of coffee in town—I've tried them all, so I can confidently say that! Honestly, just stop by, order the flat white, and enjoy an amazing panini that I think is an incredible value for the outstanding quality they provide. The uplifting atmosphere, enriched by the church and its followers, is truly special. I’ll definitely return to this gem, whether on this trip or the next. Thank you, and God bless!

The restaurant is very clean and offers excellent service. The coffee and sandwiches are delicious. They also provide Wi-Fi if you need it.

The staff is fantastic, and the food and drinks are exceptional. It surpasses Starbucks in quality. The atmosphere is very cozy and has a warm, family-oriented vibe.

I would definitely return and put on my headphones if I just wanted to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

However, in recent months, my orders have frequently been incorrect and often poorly made (for example, watery espresso shots or improperly aerated milk). Additionally, product availability has become unpredictable, whether it's beans, cold brew, or espresso. It's frustrating that I can't check on product availability before I arrive because no one answers the phone. I really miss having access to good local coffee. It feels like the commitment to quality has diminished in this place. I genuinely hope Connection manages to turn things around.
