Írjon visszajelzéstI have an ADA-certified service animal in training, I have been a regular patron for over three years and was expelled by the owner as he was literally upset to think he was just an emotional support animal. he was not willing to have a dialogue, or would advise to see it elsewhere.
Tonight, we visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. The host greeted us very rudely at the door. Once we were seated, I barely had a minute to glance at the menu before he approached us to take our drink orders. In my confusion, I mistakenly pointed to the snack and brownie instead of the beer I intended to order. His reaction was shockingly rude; he repeatedly gestured with his fingers as if to mock me, insisting that I was requesting drinks. The atmosphere felt very low-class, and the host was unprofessional and unpleasant. The seating and decor were also quite shabby and in disrepair. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
I usually don't write reviews like this, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the meal wasn't worth the price. Having worked in the industry and run my own business, I believe this reflects poor practices. It's almost as if they expect customers to bring their own food while they drink here.
I ordered the elevationsburger and it was okay, but what made me uncomfortable was that when I went to pay, the cash was incredibly hostile and unfriendly. I tried to pay cash and I was rudely told that they were just trying to do card. there are no signs that indicate the card as the only form of payment and I was not told by my server when I went. the cassian has blamed me for his own negligence. will not come back!
When I received my order, I realized it was incorrect, so I returned to have it fixed. He seemed reluctant to help and told me to wait by the door. I decided to sit in front of the kitchen because I felt uneasy about him possibly spitting in my food. After my order was corrected, I thanked him again, but he still didn't respond. As I was leaving, he had the audacity to suggest I should leave a bigger tip next time. I told him that I shouldn’t have to, especially since he couldn’t even get a simple takeout burger right, which was mediocre at best for $25. He knew he was in the wrong and just said goodbye twice, acting childishly because I tipped only $5 for a takeout burger. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt so disrespected that I felt compelled to download Yelp just to warn others.
