Írjon visszajelzéstSince I started with my Sonic app the waiting time is not so long and our food is fresh, our order is correct. Great service; they have made some extraordinary changes from what it was a few months ago.
Edit the last review. Ging back today because Sonics frito packaging for 99 cents are unbeatable. The person who took my order was very professional and I didn't have to repeat, the auto-hop that brought me my food, knew her things and made me welcome. Keep a big step up!
The food is normal for a fast food burger joint, but the service is really slow. It took forever for them to respond to the order call button, the card reader did not work so the carhop had to make an extra trip so I could pay, then failed to bring a reciept. T hey were friendly and did a good job getting the order correct (I always have special requests ie no lettuce, extra pickles, etc... .
I feel like every time I try to order ahead it’s never working. I’m sure they turn it off because they don’t have the staff, but I just want my half priced drink.
Went through the drive through today. Ordered One medium slush, a medium cheddar bites, and French toast sticks. After waiting in line for at least 10 minutes while there was only a few people there, not even 8 cars, and overhearing the workers inside state and I quote “haha no I think those two go together” an ADULT voice laughing over an employee messing up an order. After the wait the women handed me my food and told me to have a nice day, no apology about the wait. I then got an order of mozzarella bites instead of my French toast sticks and they had complete disregard for my straw they failed to hand me. ONLY REASON I DID NOT GET MY CORRECT FOOD WAS FEAR THE EMPLOYEES WOULD SPIT IN IT. 0/10 would not recommend the Eldorado Sonic. Going downhill daily. Not the first situation.
