Cascada - El Dorado Hills

Heard this place 2 times in 2 days and had driven several times. The food was delicious and came out in a short time because they were busy. The staff was friendly and attentive. Come back!

The food was good. Not my favorite margaritas. I would go back to try more food though.

We really enjoy happy hour at this place. The staff is fantastic. I can't resist ordering the Ramos Margaritas every time. I'm a creature of habit, so I always go for the chicken enchiladas with Verde sauce.

They offer a variety of Margarita options, and I decided to try the avocado Martini, which pleasantly surprised me with its smoothness and subtle alcohol flavor, even though the kick was still there. The dishes were served hot and beautifully presented. The lamb was quite fatty, which might be typical, as I’ve never had lamb before. The deep-fried ice cream was tasty, although the fried bowl was a bit hard and chewy. The service was excellent. While our server could benefit from learning more about the menu options, it wasn't a significant issue. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Wow, I ordered the Carnitas plate, and it was fantastic! The pork was perfectly seasoned with wonderful spices, served on a bed of caramelized onions and peppers. My wife had the fish tacos, and she said they were excellent as well.
