I have to stop coming here. I have tried to give them a chance over and over, but will not patronize this store again. The restaurant is filthy, the food is lacking in substance (small protein portions and if you ask for more they charge you $7 and there appears to be a general acceptance among employees to this sub-par service. Just to add to this, today they did not have 4 out of their 5 specialty drinks (iced tea, berry Agua fresca, etc . When we told the employee they simply responded, “Yeah, we are running out of things.” Not sure why they run out of things. Whatever!

Worst chipotle I’ve been to and that is saying something. No seasoning whatsoever, everything tasted the same. Undercooked rice that was hard and inedible. The portion of scoops was so small I tried to ask for a little bit more meat because there was barely any in the bowl and they scooped another little scoop and charged me $5.50 extra. So ridiculous

They are open to 11, it is now 8 PM. A bunch of young kids working in there. I go to order and he says they have no black beans, no pinto beans, only two different meats, no lettuce and only brown rice. If they do not have food to serve for the next three hours, then they might as well just close the place.

Hardly any chicken. Bowl was cold. Online orders do not get placed on shelf and girls at the front giggled and talked about how I didn't understand. Waited for about 10 minutes before I realized people were getting their pickup orders from the front. Makes sense why this store doesn't even have 2 stars.
