Every time I order from this store items are missing, taco shells are completely broken and they do not provide any sauce packets per my order.

Very slow, thats the only complaint I really have. Took 20 min for drive through many times. Dine in is not great either because hardly this place is clean. Hopefully top management notice it soon.

Absolutely terrible. Don't remember when I have that bad customer service. I dont think it is okay to cry after being insulted in drive through. If lobby is closed absolutely don?t go to drive through. It can be your last straw of the day. I wish itwould be a way to report it and change ????

This Taco Bell location really needs improvement. We recently moved to the area and have had the worst experiences here! We've tried ordering multiple times, hoping it would turn out well, but it hasn’t. We’ve ordered tacos, only to receive them with no lettuce, no meat, and no cheese—essentially an empty taco, which is just unbelievable! I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with no modifications, and all I got was meat and cheese—no sauces at all. It's just so confusing. I highly recommend avoiding this place to save your money. Every time, there’s something disappointing or missing. What’s going on with the staff or management here? Come on, do better!
