Terrible service they got my order wrong they made me wait in the drive-through for 18 minutes the place looks horrible it's so dirty I recommend that you save yourself your money and your time.. rude rude rude

First service is rude. Specially the two older ladies. They always in a bad mood .They don't give you what you ask for. Is hard to communicate. No wonder they have less costumers. It has changed so much it was my favorite place. The food was great and I was willing to let their bad service slide. But it's been about a year that the food is not quite the same. I for sure will stop going.

0 stars if possible.ALL WORKERS ARE TOO CHATTY, I waited 10 mins at the drive thru microphone, trying to grab someone's attention by screaming, honking my horn and when that didn't work, I drove up to the window, STILL attempted to wave down SOMEONE, waited another 10 minutes and was still trying to honk for someone's attention, NO ONE was doing their job in being aware they were working not there to talk and ignore drive thru. FINALLY after 20 MINUTES, I was fed up and got out of my car and knocked on the window. All of a sudden they noticed the LOUD KNOCK versus the 20 MINUTES OF HONKING. This was very upsetting especially in the 103 degree heat. Management needs to get a grip and get new workers all around. Even kitchen had headphones, unaware of customers. THE MOST INCOMPETENT LOCATION YET. do yourself a favor and don't come here. They're dumb and rude.

This BMC still has the deal but two baguette sandwiches and get one free. Service was fine and sandwiches were delicious! I'm not sure why they got such poor reviews ?
