The food is very good with good portions and reasonable prices. They can get very crowded during peak times (e.g. weekends, New Years, Mothers day, ... . Their whole winter melon soup is exceptional but is limited and must be preordered. Their Peking duck is good but it's more of a Cantonese style. Their steamed ginger milk pudding (hot desert with soft tofu texture is also great.They are open for lunch also with a lunch menu.

The service was good here and the food was amazing. You need to try the orange chicken and compared to other places this place hit the spot

Everything was so tasty. The pork ribs with honey garlic sauce was my favorite dish.

Food is good and cheap! I should say very reasonable priced compared to all the big restaurants which charges more or even smaller restaurants. The melon soup for $60, what a deal! Almost every table orders it. We ordered a squab/pigeon, crispy skin! Just wished they can chop it up more, easier to eat. The salt and pepper pork chop crispy and not salty, just right. Walnut shrimp was crispy and delicious! It is not smothered with mayonnaise like other places.Fried filet sole was crispy and delicious too! Comes with soy sauce on side.Fried rice and fried chow mein were big! Chow mein was crispy and not soggy like other places. That's how a fried chow mein should be!Garlic tung choi was good flavor.At the end, they gave green bean soup dessert. Love it more than red beans where most places give.

I woke up this morning craving Chinese Food so I google'd good Chinese food in my area in El Monte!! It was my 1st time at this restaurant!! I was so happy with the service and the food was awesome!! I got the Orange peel chicken and rice, soup and hot green tea comes with your meal!! It was so good and a large amount of food for a very good price of $15.70 On the lunch menu!! It was a Sunday so it was very busy when I walked in but I got service pretty much right away!! Looks like I have lunch tomorrow too and I will definitely be a repeat customer at this place!! The food is awesom!! I highly recommend Mr. Chopsticks Seafood restaurant!! Plus I met a very sweet Chinese couple next to me very good dining experience in this restaurant!!! I also noticed that they grow their own food in the back of the restaurant that is really cool!!
