Waba Grill - El Monte

This is the 3rd time in a row I order a chicken bowl with avocado and the 3rd time in a row with no avocado what the hell is going on charging me for avocado when I don?t get any ? Train the cooks to read the receipt right I usually don?t complain but come on waba you are better than this !

Literally incompetent employees. Make sure to always check the bag they give you before you leave the drive thru and the execution. They never fail to get my orders wrong, no matter how many chances I give this location.

Great food, clean place, but best of all the service. My cashier was Grabriela, she was super NICE, great attitude and welcoming smile. She answer all my questions with great confidence. She was very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back. I highly recommended this restaurant.

I like WaBa Grill never really had a complaint. I ordered a Chicken veggie bowl sans the rice. I felt I was over charged paying $9 when the menu in the drive-thru $6.89. When I got home there was very little Chicken and broccoli. But the bottom was Full of Cabbage! This was my worst experience here. I don't eat CABBAGE and I was still hungry. ?

The food is excellent, just like the atmosphere. However, the service needs improvement. We arrived at Waba Grill around 7:00 PM on Sunday, and suddenly the managers locked all the doors at 7:25 PM. We started to worry about what we would do in case of an emergency. Additionally, more than six customers left because the doors were locked, even though the posted closing time is 8:00 PM and it was barely 7:40 PM. Other patrons were looking at us, seemingly asking if we could open the door. I helped one person get in, but overall, while everything else here is great, the management is really lacking.
