The room was clean at first glance, but upon entering the bathroom to take a shower, I discovered black mold growing in the tile cracks and on the walls. The air vent fan was not functioning, which likely contributed to the mold problem. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory. Room rating: 1/5.
The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff was outstanding! Suzanna at the front desk and Tim, the shuttle driver, truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown El Paso. Room rating: 4/5.
Initially, I faced some difficulties with the room reservation. However, we eventually managed to get it sorted out. Upon my arrival, I met Isabel, the manager, who did an excellent job addressing the issue. She was incredibly friendly and took care of everything! I will definitely stay here again when I visit my son at UTEP. As a bonus, I had dinner at the bar with my son, and the food was tasty. The bartender was also a really nice guy!
**Rooms:** The room was clean, but we needed to switch because of the door issue. **Safety:** It felt like a safe place. **Walkability:** Conveniently located close to downtown. **Food and Drinks:** There was a wide selection of beer available for purchase at the shop, but the breakfast options were not very good.
This location survives solely off of its proximity to downtown. Service is decent, everything is out dated bathrooms are sketchy at best, and it’s overpriced for the offering. In dire need of renovation. Been coming here for years and it just keeps getting worse. The swastikas etched in the elevator walls that have been there for years say it all.
