I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor, and I encountered an unpleasant attitude from a staff member named Christian, who was rude to both customers and colleagues. I also had to wait 30 minutes for a "hot and ready" pizza, which was frustrating.

I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for pizzas I ordered and paid for over the phone.
