Mcdonald's - El Paso

Just went here tonight and not only did I wait more than 20 minutes in the drive thru, my oreo McFlurry was just vanilla ice cream with some oreo crumbs on top they didn’t even mix it. 20 minutes to add some toppings basically?

Please shut this McDonald's down. Worst fast food restaurant ever. They don't care about customer service. They care more about their friends. Literally, the drive thru at 4am is waiting an hour or more.

When through the drive through and got cold fries. We told the girl at the window and were given a second batch of cold fries.

Kid-friendliness: There is a play area for children. There is wheelchair accessibility. There is plenty of parking, in my opinion.

This location is infamous for its long wait times and awful service. Just avoid it in general. It is a massive eyesore every time I visit it and my recent visit was the last straw. Avoid it at all costs!
