Papa Johns Pizza - El Paso

Great food! We enjoy exploring different pizza spots, but Papa John's has become our favorite.

I ordered online and received an article about the restaurant instead of my order. When I tried to address the issue over the phone with the manager, they refused to help. Their solution was to remove the unavailable item but still charge me for the replacement item along with an extra delivery fee. We ended up getting a pizza hat. The management is terrible. Based on other negative reviews, it seems this company doesn’t care about resolving issues. It's quite disappointing.

Ordering from their website was straightforward and I had a shorter wait for the same delicious pizza. I haven’t ordered from anywhere else since. Highly recommended!

Ordered carry out. The order was done by the time I got there. It had the same great taste as it does in Colorado. Papa John's pizza is one of the pizzas my wife can eat without it bothering her lactose intolerance. That is the primary reason we order from them. They didn't have the $8,99 special we're use to. I thought Texas had a lower cost of living. ?

Worst customer service waited literally 45 minutes for my pizza after I was told it was done saw a tons of other people walk out with their pizza with no wait when I asked what was going on I was lied to and told the oven broke down …literally anywhere else is better than here
