Red Lobster - El Paso

This place is the worst. The night manager and its hostess are rude. They leave you waiting over 20 min for a table when it is empty. There were maybe 5 table with people at them. I will never go back to this location again

It's been several months since we have been here. Today was nice and I noticed they updated their menu with a new look and easy to find the things you like. I ordered the mozzarella sticks, although not a new item, they are different from previous ones so I guess they order a new brand. The presentation in a small basket was a nice touch instead of a plate. I also had the new Southwest Shrimp Bowl, which was delicious and plentiful. It had grilled shrimp, lettuce, some kind of rice, tortilla strips, and a side of dressing.

Don't order curbside from this location!!! After checking in I had to wait 20 minutes after being told it would be right out. Then I called again and they said again it would be right out. After another 10 minutes they brought it out and said it was ready at the pickup time. Yet they made me wait 30 minutes after the pickup time. Why???

First of all, we were the first ones there and it took them to serve us our food an hour and a half. Someone in my party ordered the fish and chips and was brought just batter, and no fish. The waitress seemed perturbed that I was bringing up the fact of the quality of food and insisted we keep the fries and coleslaw. No one (manager) in charge came by to the table to apologize for the quality of food or the issue of so long of wait to be served. Unfortunately, this place is off my list of outdoor dinning, and no recommendation to visit.

Staff friendly, food good service efficient and there when you need them. Great seafood, biscuits always good and all you can eat shrimp when IT's being offered awesome. Larry is an excellent server who always takes care of you. Christina is excellent manager always checking on tables.
