Sonic Drive-in - El Paso

Absolutely horrible food, everytime we have been, our fries have been cold and hard. And we shouldn’t have to wait over 20 mins for a bag of ice. Horrible customer service.

OMG! It took 20 minutes to get 2 drinks. Ridiculous!! But the older lady that delivered was very nice and apologetic.

Bad experienceWe ordered on the app and after we got there to get our order it still took 21 more minutes. The car hops are usually not very grateful or friendly. They have changed the hamburger patties they use and they are not good, fake tasting and tough. The car hops need lessons on customer service. I am sick of spending my hard earned money and people not being grateful.

Everything about are experience was bad, ordered 20min ahead of time estimate for pickup and got the food 20min after we arrived. We were in a hurry so it was really inconvenient. You would think that’d they’d give or offer dressings, but not a single ketchup packet for our fries or burgers or popcorn chicken. Aside from the wait and no sauce, one of the 2 drinks tasted horrible and the other only drink we ordered was the wrong drink.

I personally loveee sonics cherry limeades , but every time I go I ask for extra cherries on mine which obviously it’s an additional charge which I’m always fine with but every time I get to the bottom where all my “extra cherries” should be there’s literally only one , so I’m getting over charge for something that isn’t even there I never complain but come on now get it together , food wise I won’t even get started on that I always go for the corn dogs and tater tots for my kids and they are always cold or to burned so we just stopped getting food I appreciate them for doing their job just needs a little more effort.
