Whataburger - El Paso

I ordered a number 4 with grilled onions and grilled jalapeños, but my burger came without jalapeños and the onions were not grilled.

I've gone a few times and a young man Chris M has always been friendly, and the only one who can get my order right. Even though he works in the back now, a manager asked him to help in the front the other day and right away he came out to check oncustomers who were dining in. It's a good atmosphere when the lady workers aren't screaming and yelling at the employees.

I drove all the way from another location only to find the restaurant closed. I should have just gone home. The man at the window was rude and didn't give me the correct drink or ketchup. To make matters worse, the food was served cold! Come on, take pride in your work!

They took out my review a long time ago, fortunately I got my pictures on my phone. This Whataburger, super slow, the ladies on here, very lazy, didn?t want to work here. They close the restaurant earlier and put everyone in the drive thru, very patetic.If they don?t want to work, hire people that want to work.

The restaurant is quite enjoyable in the evenings. The music is at a pleasant volume and there is a wide variety of music genres. The atmosphere is very relaxed and peaceful at night, making it a great place to unwind. The late night staff are particularly impressive and shine brightly during this time.
