Wingstop - El Paso

The front lady (in her 50s) been multiple times she’s been rude. Tosses you the card back. This wing stop has gone down hill with her attending.Recommend ordering delivery to avoid this Poor service.

The fries were beyond HARD, almost if they were left in the fryer for way to long.

Place an order online and came to pick it up. The man in the front has never greeted us and never harassed to say that I will be right with you. I stood there for a while, and finally he says yes? His customer service is not great and he didn't care to say thank you or have a good night. This place is terrible and they forgot something in my order. Overall bad service and bad atmosphere at this point.

Been coming to this Wing Stop for years but it’s really gone downhill. Service sucks! They take over an hr for your order when only it says 23-28 min online. If you don’t stay on them and keep asking on your food, they will just leave it on the rack. This Saturday I went, of course it was busy, they seemed understaffed. Huge line waiting. One employee had 5 bags that he was trying to label and taking fries and veggies out with his bare hands from one bag to put in a different one. It wasn’t my bag but I asked if the one on the rack was mine. Finally get home and my damn fries are cold and my wings are over salted. This was what did it for me. I’m done.

I don’t know what’s going on with this wingstop location but it needs to get better. From messing up my order not onc but TWICE in the same night to neglecting their customers in the front to the constant profanity being yelled by the cooks in the back. People with families can hear them saying f words and telling each other to “shut the f up”. Very unprofessional. I’m willing to take a drive to a further location to avoid this wingstop
