However if you stick to their specialties of pupusas and other Niche dishes then you should be in the clear for a good meal at a good price. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kaliente, a delightful Salvadoran restaurant that serves an array of mouthwatering dishes, including their famous Pupusas. From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to El Salvador, surrounded by warm hospitality and the irresistible aroma of traditional cuisine. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Pupusas. These handmade corn tortillas filled with savory ingredients such as cheese, beans, and succulent meats were simply superb. The balance of flavors and the perfect texture of the Pupusas were a testament to the culinary mastery at Kaliente. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste that left me craving more. While the Pupusas stole the show, the menu at Kaliente offers an extensive selection of other delectable dishes that should not be missed. The restaurant is clean, softly lit, and offers attentive service. The standard offerings include chips and salsa. I enjoyed the roasted vegetable salad with cilantro vinaigrette, which was both delicious and generous in portion size—enough for two, perhaps!

Came in on New Year's Day because our normal go-to place was closed...and so glad we did! I wanted breakfast so i had the Chorizo and eggs, they were perfect. The potatoes were what really surprised me: it's hard to find really good fried potatoes: crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside: The coffee was great, which is also a nice surprise. Service was so friendly and accommodating. Well definitely be back.
