Terrible service at the Galerias Pacífico unit. Rude employees. I was handed a piece of meat that was tough and full of tendons, and my order was sirloin steak. To make matters worse, they gave plastic cutlery that broke when trying to cut the tough meat. When complaining and asking for metallic cutlery, I was told that this would have an additional cost and that I had to return the cutlery later! That is: I ended up initially accepting something different from the order so as not to argue (they insisted until the end that it was sirloin steak) and they even hinted that I could steal the cutlery! Simply absurd! In the end, I was unable to eat the tough meat and the administration of the Galeria Pacífico mall, after I showed them what had been served to me, asked the establishment to refund the amount paid, but the hunger and disappointment remained.
