Boston Market - Elgin

It doesn’t deserve any stars more like a 0! I ordered online for a pickup last week n when my husband went there to pick it up no one was there. The restaurant was closed n we lost our $35 n I reported them to the Better Business Bureau

Staff is consistently unfriendly and food is WAY overpriced for the quantity you get. You ask for a full slab of ribs and you only get 3/4 of a slab but you pay for a full slab. No wonder most Boston Markets closed down !!!!

Even though the service was weak, they were out of bread (so no sandwiches were available) my salad was decent, although overpriced. I remember it being better. Come on, Boston Market, you can do better.

Walked in. Waited a good 10 minutes before any worker tried to assist us. Chicken was dry as hell. Had a bad taste. Stomach upset when I got home. Worker was on personal phone the whole time. Don't know how this place stays in business. The best part of the meal was the coke which was flat. I think I'm done. This place use to be amazing.

Food was good. I placed an online order and I was late picking up so my cornbread was cold but that was my fault and besides it's nothing a microwave couldn't fix.
