The service at this restaurant is outstanding, but if you visit late, there's a good chance your meal will arrive cold. I went after 10:00 PM, and everything was lukewarm and somewhat dry.

I had an exceptional experience with the service at this restaurant. I placed an online order and made my payment in advance, only to discover upon arrival that my chosen items were out of stock. The manager was very polite and suggested alternative options. Unfortunately, she couldn't refund me a portion of my payment because there were no items available at the same price as my original order. When I mentioned that I wanted something additional, she handled the situation with grace.
