Great chicken and service, especially on the drive thru!! Since the closeness of work, I've definitely been back.

I really enjoy her fried chicken fingers and the Cobb salad. The dipping sauce for the chicken fingers is perfect for those who enjoy buffalo sauce without the intense heat. However, I feel like the fries are often overlooked. For the salads, I wish there was an option in the app to request the hot chicken on the side because it tends to wilt the salad. Unfortunately, you can only make this request in person when ordering. Make sure to double-check your order before leaving; I’ve made that mistake too many times. On a recent visit, I ordered a 10-piece chicken finger meal, but when I got home, there was no sauce included. I also ordered three cookies, which were missing as well. Since I live about 20 minutes away, it’s not easy to go back the same day. Additionally, I wanted to use my rewards for a birthday treat (five-piece tenders and cookies), but when I redeemed them on the app, they didn’t apply to my online order. I asked a female manager for assistance, but she gave me incorrect instructions. I later reached out to customer service and received an email stating that they would honor my rewards during my next visit. On a positive note, the restaurant is clean, and they’ve taken COVID precautions seriously. Most of the staff I encountered were polite.

This location, slightly larger than the one that first introduced me to the chain, is super clean, has friendly staff, and serves good food. However, during this visit, I noticed that some of my favorite dishes have disappeared. I hope this is only a temporary issue for this restaurant or the area.

I've only been to this restaurant four times since it opened. The two visits before my last one weren't great; the food was mediocre, the prices were quite high, and the service was poor and unfriendly. However, my daughter and I decided to give it another try, and I was pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent; the young man who helped us was very friendly and attentive. The food was hot and delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I was really satisfied with my experience this time, and I won't wait so long before my next visit.
